TTW reveals the first half of the year 64, total revenue 2,949.1 million baht. Prepare to pay an interim dividend of 0.30 baht/share

TTW Public Company Limited, or TTW, is the country's largest private tap water producer in the area of Samut Sakhon - Nakhon Pathom and Pathum Thani - Rangsit, revealed the results of the first half of the year 64. The company and its subsidiaries have total revenue of 2,949.1 million baht, a net profit of 1,558.3 million baht, and prepare to pay an interim dividend of 0.30 baht/share.

The company have prepared business continuity plans in dealing with the epidemic situation of COVID-19 that continues to intensify and is ready to pay an interim dividend of 0.30 baht/share, reinforcing its position as a defensive stock, even in a volatile economy with a high dividend yield (Dividend Stock)

The total assets of the company and its subsidiaries as of June 30, 2021 amounted to 22,648.3 million baht, liabilities 8,712.3 million baht and shareholders' equity 13,936.0 million baht, which has a debt: equity ratio of only 0.63 times.

Based on the operating results of the first half of the year 2021 and the current financial position of the Company, the Board of Directors' meeting approved the payment of an interim dividend to the shareholders at the rate of 0.30 baht per share, equivalent to 83.5 percent of the net profit or the total value 1,197,000,000 baht. The company has determined the list of persons entitled to receive the dividend (Record Date) on September 9, 2021 and the dividend will be paid on September 23, 2021.
