15 December 2020 – TTW Public Limited Company (TTW) received “Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI)” 2020 award for the fifth consecutive year, it reflects the business operations of the company which gives importance to sustainable business development taking into account the environment, society and governance (ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance)

Ms. Walainut Trivisavavet, Managing Director, represented TTW received “Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) 2020” award from Dr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai, President The Stock Exchange of Thailand. As a listed company on the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI). The selection criteria are based on sustainability in the environmental, social and economic dimensions, including corporate governance (ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance), which reflects the performance of the company that is transparent and reliable in all dimensions as well as being committed to operating sustainable development and information is disclosed for investors to use in making investment decisions as well as gaining confidence from investors that the company operates and shows social responsibility, take care of the environment and outstanding economic performance.

TTW is 1 of 124 listed companies which was selected to be in the list of Thailand Sustainability Investment (THIS) in 2020, which is in the resource group, the company passed the criteria set by the committee in each dimension as economic (including governance), social and environmental dimensions and meet the qualifications specified by the Stock Exchange of Thailand such as Corporate Governance Report (CGR), Net Profit performance and Shareholders' Equity Governance on issues related to the properties of the listed companies and the non-environmental, social and corporate governance impacts. Receiving Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI)” in 2020 shows that the Company focus on the management of ESG and emerging risks, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is formulated to ensure business continuity in a crisis. Including the development of innovation and the use of resources to meet the needs of consumers and be environmentally friendly. Efficient use of resources enables cost management. TTW received an "Excellent" rating for corporate governance of Thai listed companies in 2020, reflecting TTW's commitment to developing CGR as a corporate governance to raise the level to sustainable development in line with global investment flows that have been featured in this matter, the shareholders have confidence in the operations of the company.
