On August 25, 2023, TTW Public Company Limited organized a tree planting activity with the goal of enhancing the landscape around the Bang Sue Canal area as a part of the project titled “Restoring the Water Quality of Khlong Bang Sue to Conserve the Tha Chin River.” Leading the activity was Mr. Chatchawan Tienprasertkij, Director of the Customer Relations Management Division at TTW Public Company Limited, who delivered the opening speech during the event. The purpose of this initiative was to encourage participation from neighboring communities in the restoration of the water quality of Khlong Bang Sue, a waterway that feeds into the Tha Chin River. The focus was also on maintaining the water quality in the Bang Sue Canal to prevent any negative impact on the Tha Chin River's quality. This collaborative effort aimed to enhance the landscape around the Bang Sue Canal, making it both cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing. Moreover, this initiative sought to promote a healthier ecosystem, benefiting both the community and the environment. The tree planting activity for landscape improvement received support from four organizations: Rai Khing Municipality, Environment and Pollution Control Office at 5, Water Delivery and Maintenance Project Phasi Charoen, along with representatives from communities around the Khlong Bang Sue Canal. The event saw a total participation of 50 individuals. This endeavor aligns with the ongoing effort to plant dwarf bougainvillea in pots at four specific locations where the project's aerator equipment has been installed. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance the cleanliness of Khlong Bang Sue by implementing proper waste management practices and improving the environment of the Khlong Bang Sue community, particularly at Soi Rai Khing 32, Rai Khing Subdistrict, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
