Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. (PTW) is TTW’s subsidiary, with an investment portion of 98% of the registered capital or equivalent to 1,200 million Baht. The Company has been producing and distributing tap water to Provincial Waterworks Authority in Pathumthani - Rangsit area from 1998 onwards resulting from increasing water demand following the economic and social growth in Pathumthani, especially in Rangsit area. PTW has been executing the construction project of 10,000-cubic meter clear water tanks, with the water distribution system to Muang Ake Village since 2014 and the construction completed in 2015, leading to official commencement of water distribution on September 7, 2015. Furthermore, PTW also expanded the water production capacity (Project) in Pathumthani-Rangsit area, valuing 403 million Baht. The enhanced capacity starts from 57,000 cubic meters per day and the maximum capacity is 100,000 cubic meters per day. In this regard, the Company hired Chor. Karnchang PCL for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract, which was dated December 23, 2014. The construction period was 365 days, and was already completed on December 22, 2015, increasing the maximum production capacity from 388,000 cubic meters per day to 488,000 cubic meters per day.
