Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited (the 'Company') would like to announce that the Board of Directors had passed a resolution during its meeting held on 11 February 2009 to appoint Mr. Thanong Bidaya as a new Chairman of the Board of Director in place of Mr. Plew Trivisavavet. This will be effective from 11 February 2009 onwards.
