Subject : Notification of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No.3/2552

Attention : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited ('TTW') would like to announce that the Board of Directors had passed a resolution during its meeting No.3/2552 held on 3 April 2009 resolved to appoint directors replacing those who resigned as follow :

1. Mr.Kazushige Katamura replacing Mr.Tomoaki Matsumoto as Board of Directors, member of Executive Committee and Risk Management Committee being effective from 4 April 2009 onwards, and

2. Mr.Koichi Wakana replacing Mr.Yoshio Kometani as Board of Directors, member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee being effective from 1 June 2009 onwards.

Thus, the Board of Directors will comprise of

3. Mr.Narong Sangsuriya

4. Mr.Techapit Sangsingkeo

5. Mr.Phairuch Mekarporn

6. Mr.Somnuk Chaidejsuriya

9. Dr.Sombat Kitjalaksana

10. Mr.Kazushige Katamura

11. Mr.Koichi Wakana

12. Mr.Sompodh Sripoom
