In order to promote the good corporate governance practice relating to the equitable treatment of shareholders, Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited (TTW) would like to invite shareholders to propose the agenda item for the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and qualified candidates to be elected as the Company Directors in advance and publicize the information via http://www.thaitap.com/ir. As a consequence, shareholders can propose the matter mentioned above from the 15th October to 30th December 2010 in order for the company to proceed the following Procedures.
