TTW organized an award-giving ceremony for the Kaizen 2023 contest, aiming to promote the concept of efficient management.

On November 28, 2023, TTW Public Company Limited organized the "Kaizen Day 2023" event, an annual activity providing a platform for employees to submit their Kaizen works for competition. The aim is to identify outstanding Kaizen initiatives across various categories. The event was graced by Ms.Walainut Trivisvavet, Managing Director, and the executive committee of TTW Public Company Limited, who actively participated by listening to presentations and presenting awards. A total of 7 teams participated in the contest, with prizes awarded based on three levels of score criteria: Golden Award (80 points or more), Silver Award (scores 70 - 79), and Bronze Award (scores 60 - 69). Additionally, there was a Popular Vote award, allowing event participants to vote for their favorite works. The purpose of organizing this event is to facilitate the exchange of creative ideas, honor those who present outstanding Kaizen work, and enhance the development of work processes by applying Kaizen techniques to improve efficiency. The activity took place at the auditorium of Yuang Nittayo, Roman Catholic Mission.
