TTW Public Company Limited places importance on anti-corruption as well as supports and encourages personnel at all levels to have an awareness of anti-corruption in all forms.
Therefore, the Board of Directors has established the anti-corruption and bribery policies and guidelines so that personnel at all levels, including employees, representatives, affiliates, or any person acting on behalf of a juristic person, whether they have the authority to do so or not, can follow as the norm in their performance as follows:

Policy
TTW Public Company Limited is determined to comply with the anti-corruption laws according to the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption (No. 3) B.E. 2558, which has added a provision in Section 123/5 stipulating liability for a person who bribes state officials as follows:
“Section 123/5 states that any person who provides, requests, or agrees to provide assets or any other benefit to a state official, a foreign state official, or a staff of an international organization in order to persuade them to act, omit to act, or delay in acting in his or her duties in an unlawful manner, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding five years or to a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht or to both.
In the case that an offender pursuant to paragraph one is a person who is involved with any juristic person and acts for the benefit of that juristic person which such juristic person does not have appropriate internal control measures to prevent such commission of offence, that juristic person shall be guilty under this section and shall be liable to a fine from one time but not exceeding twice of the injury occurred or benefit received.
A person involved with the juristic person pursuant to paragraph two shall mean an employee, a representative, an affiliated company or any person who acts for or on behalf of such juristic person, whether they have the power or duties in such matter or not.
The company deems that any actions that violates the mentioned law is wrongful and does not comply with the corporate governance policy. The personnel at all levels must resist and refrain from taking such actions.
The personnel at all levels of the company and its subsidiaries, including an employee, a representative, an affiliated company or any person who acts for or on behalf of such juristic person, whether they have the power or duties in such matter or not, must comply with the guidelines stipulated as follows.
- Comply with the anti-corruption and bribery policies and business ethics, including the rules and regulations of the company, without being involved in corruption in all forms, both directly and indirectly.
- Perform duties in a transparent manner, which means always preparing for a performance audit from the company and its subsidiaries, or relevant agencies.
- Do not perform any actions that indicate the intention of corruption and bribery to a person who is involved in the group of companies on matters for which he or she is directly or indirectly accountable in order to obtain benefits for the organization, itself, or related persons.
- Do not neglect or ignore when seeing actions that are within the scope of corruption related to the company and its group of companies, and it is the duty to inform the supervisor or the person who is accountable in order to acknowledge and cooperate in the investigation of facts.
- Paying or giving valuables or services such as gifts, entertainment, and tourism to a state official, a foreign state official or a staff of an international organization both directly and indirectly in order to induce them to take actions or refrain from taking such actions which is illegal, it is an actions that are highly inappropriate to do, including not encouraging or engaging others to take such action.
