TTW PCL is producer of tap water, supplying to the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) and serving the areas in the west of Bangkok, inclusive of 2 provinces; Nakhonpathom (Nakhonchaisri, Samphran, Phuttamonthon) and Samutsakhon (Muang and Krathumbaen districts).
The Company’s Banglen water treatment plant in Nakhonpathom has a maximum production capacity of 440,000 cubic meters per day. The construction of Krathumbaen Water Plant in Samutsakhon was completed in 2017. The starting production capacity is 100,000 cubic meters per day and can be expanded its design capacity of 400,000 cubic meters per day in the future.
TTW PCL (TTW) is a fully-integrated operator of the water management business, serving over 650,000 end-users or "millions of lives" for their enhanced quality of lives. The Company adheres to the 3 principles; quality, adequacy and consistency, in order to accommodate the demand for water in the industrial, commercial and household sectors effectively

Pathum Thani Waterworks Company Limited (PTW) is a subsidiary of TTW with registered capital of 1,200 million baht, consisting of 12 million common shares with a par value of 100 baht per share. Paid-up capital is 1,200 million baht. TTW Company has a controlling stake. Shares in PTW 98 percent of the registered capital PTW operates a business of producing and distributing water to the Provincial Waterworks Authority in the Pathum Thani-Rangsit area . According to the contract giving the right to produce and distribute tap water. and a contract to purchase tap water for use in the Rangsit Waterworks Office area. Pathum Thani Province, period of 25 years, began operations in 1998 and the contract expires on October 14, 2023, and the Provincial Waterworks Authority has entered into a contract to hire PTW to manage water production and maintain the water supply system in the Pathumthani Branch,Rangsit Branch (Special) and Klongluang Branch. , for a period of 10 years from October 15, 2023. onwards, with the minimum amount of tap water produced being 358,000 cubic meters/day, with Pathum Thani tap water production having a maximum production capacity of 488,000 cubic meters/day.

Thai Water Operations (TWO) is TTW’s subsidiary, whereby TTW and PTW hold 68% and 32% of ownership in the Company respectively. The Company operates the water management, production and distribution system and wastewater treatment businesses, mainly serving TTW, PTW, Bang Pa-In Industrial Estate, Amata Nakhon Industrial Estate and Amata City Industrial Estate. TWO got certified by the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard from SGS Yarsley in maintenance system and water production project management in Pathunthani, Thammasat and Rangsit areas.
Currently, the O&M contract with Amata Water Co., Ltd. (AW) for tap water production is in effect for Amata Nakhon and Amata City Industrial Estates. This is a renewed contract upon expiration of the previous one.This contract is valid for 5 years, from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020. With regards to the contracts for management and maintenance of the raw water pumping system, raw water distribution pipeline and wastewater collection system for Amata Nakhon and Amata City Industrial Estates, TWO won the bidding to undertake this project. AW had already issued the official hiring notification letter dated July 6, 2015.The contract is valid for 10 years, from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2026. However, because there has been no progress regarding the negotiation for the expanded scope of work, the contract was made with reference to the initial scope of work. The contract had already been reviewed by related parties and is awaited to be signed by AW’s executives. The contract is valid for 10 years, from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2026.

CK Power PCL (CKP) was established by Chor. Karnchang PCL (Chor. Karnchang Group) and was registered on June 8, 2011, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 million Baht. The objective of the Company is to be the leader of Chor. Karnchang Group that focuses on power production from different energy sources. The Company operates by holding shares in other companies (holding company) that produce and deliver electricity from different energy sources. The major source of revenue is from dividends received from investments in subsidiaries and affiliates.
The Company then got listed as a public company on February 6, 2013, and the Company’s common stocks were listed as registered securities available for trading in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on July 16, 2013, with the registered capital of 5,500 million Baht and it was fully paid up. On April 10, 2015, the Company increased capital injection to 9,240 million Baht and currently, the Company’s paid-up capital amounts to 8,129 million Baht. (As at September 30, 2019)
The Company currently invests in companies operating the business of production and distribution of electricity in three types of power projects, i.e., hydroelectric power project, cogeneration power project, and solar power project, divided into investment in a total of six subsidiaries and associated companies, as follows:
Investment in power projects of three subsidiaries, comprising:
- Southeast Asia Energy Co., Ltd. (“SEAN”) accounts for 61.3%, whereby SEAN has a 75% stake in Nam Ngum 2 Power Co., Ltd. (“NN2”). NN2 is a core company of CKP
- Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited (“BIC”), whose shares are held by the Company representing 65%
- Bangkhenchai Company Limited (“BKC”), whose shares are held by the Company representing 100%
Investment in power projects of three associated companies, comprising:
- Xayaburi Power Company Limited (“XPCL”), whose shares are held by the Company representing 37.5%
- Chiangrai Solar Company Limited (“CRS”), whose shares are held by the Company representing 30%
- Nakhon Ratchasima Solar Company Limited (“NRS”), whose shares are held by the Company representing 30%
The majority of power projects invested by the Company already commenced commercial operations, such as The Xayaburi Hydroelectric Power Project (“Xayaburi Project”) under the operation of XPCL for distribution of the produced electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and Electricite du Laos, with already commercial operation date (COD) in late 2019; and six solar rooftop and solar farm projects of BKC for production and distribution of electricity to the private-sector operators, which commenced construction in the third quarter of 2018, with plans to commence commercial distribution of electricity within 2019.

LPCL was registered as a limited company on January 29, 2019, under the laws of the Lao PDR. The company’s objective is to operate the Luang Prabang Hydroelectric Power Project (LPHPP), which is located on the Mekong River in Luang Prabang Province. The project is situated approximately 25 kilometers north of Luang Prabang Province, about 4 kilometers upstream from the confluence of the Nam Ou River and the Mekong River, and approximately 2,036 kilometers from the Mekong River Delta in Vietnam.
The LPHPP is a Run-of-River hydroelectric power project established under a Concession Agreement between the Government of Lao PDR and LPCL, in the form of a Build-Own-Operate and Transfer (BOOT) concession. The National Assembly of the Lao PDR approved this agreement on October 1, 2021.
As a concessionaire, LPCL is responsible for studying, designing, constructing, and operating the Project for a concession period of 35 years, beginning from the Commercial Operation Date (COD), which is scheduled for January 1, 2030. The project will have an installed electricity generation capacity of 1,460 MW and is expected to produce an average of 6,688 GWh of electricity annually. Throughout the 35-year concession period, all generated electricity will be sold to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT).
At the end of the concession period, LPCL will transfer ownership of the project back to the Lao PDR, unless the concession period is extended.
