“Thai Tap Water Company Limited”
to operate the project for producing and distributing water supply in the vicinity of West Bangkok, details of the Company’s significant changes and development can be sumMarchized as follows:

TTW received a certificate of honor "Low Emissions Support Scheme" (LESS), which certifies that "a Solar Rooftop on a storage tank (tap water)" can efficiently reduce Greenhouse Gass Emissions by 2,263.422 tonCO2eq/year.


TTW received a "Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification 2025" from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) for three consecutive years.

TTW was selected for the "Dividend Universe 2025" list by SET Research
TTW has received the "Low Emissions Support Scheme" (LESS) certificate from Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), which certifies its tree planting activities aimed at saving the planet and reducing global warming, with an estimated greenhouse gas storage volume of 30.391 tonCO2e.
TTW Received an awards plaque for the "Ting To Trash" project from The Securities and Exchange Commission and Thai Listed Companies Association as a listed company with knowledge and understanding of the correct waste segregation method and creating an organizational culture that initiates greenhouse gas reduction, as well as disclosing information on waste segregation and the amount of waste that TTW has processed. TTW is one of 74 listed companies that received the "ASEAN Asset Class PLCs Award" as part of the 2024 ASEAN CG Scorecard Project. This project is hosted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Thai Institute of Directors Association, in collaboration with capital Marchket organizations from 6 ASEAN countries. The initiative aims to enhance the quality of supervision for business operations among listed companies in ASEAN, ensuring they meet international standards.
TTW received a full score of 100 from the Annual General Meeting Assessment 2025 (AGM Checklist) by the Thai Investors Association (TIA).
TTW acquired 10% of LPCL’s ordinary shares from a total registered capital of 41,868 million baht. LPCL is engaged in the Hydroelectric power generation and sales business, located in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.
TTW was evaluated on the “Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2025” as “Excellent” by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) for 7 consecutive years.

TTW received a “Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification”, calculated from the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from various activities of the company in the year 2023 amounted to 77,555 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent.
TTW has signed a contract amendment to the Water Purchase and Sales Agreement No. ฝกม. 32/2567 with the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA).
- The water tariff rate of the quantity of tap water purchased above MOQ (354,000 m3) from 13.03 Bt./m3 to 10.50 Bt./m3. (effective date: Junee 1, 2024 - Decemberember 31, 2024)
- Utilizing the Krathumbaen water treatment plant, with a capacity of 100,000 m3/day, to produce tap water in conJunection with the Banglen water treatment plant to support in the event of problems/emergencies/maintenance of production systems.
- Improving the Khlongyong boosting station (BP1) and Krathumbaen boosting station (BP2) to the Water distribution stations and installing water meters.
TTW was selected for the “SETESG Index” for 2H’2024.

TTW has received the announcement results of the Carbon footprint of the Organization for the year 2022 from Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization for assessing greenhouse gas emissions in the water treatment process. This assessment covers Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in 3 Scope, consisting of Scope 1 (direct GHG emissions), Scope 2 (indirect GHG emissions from energy use), and Scope 3 (indirect GHG emissions from other energy use).
TTW redeemed 1,000 MB debentures (No.1/2018) using an internal cash balance.
TTW received a Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification, calculated from the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from various activities, which covered both direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope1) and indirect greenhouse gas emissions from energy use (Scope2) of the company in the year 2022 amounted to 69,429 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent.
TTW was selected into the “SETTHSI Index” for calculating the index during July 1 - December 31, 2023. (Published on June 16, 2023)

Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. (TTW's subsidiary) has signed the Private Partnership Contract on the Operations of Water Treatment and Maintenance to Solve the Water Shortage Problem in the area under PWA’s Pathum Thani Branch, Rangsit Branch (S), and Klongluang Branch. To operate the water treatment and maintenance of the system, including Pathum Thani Water Treatment Plant with the 358,000 m3/day Minimum offtake Quantity (MOQ), 6.50 Baht/m3 (Excluding VAT) water treatment fee, and adjusted according to the CPI on the first day of January uary each year. The first adjustment will be on January uary 1, 2025, with a 10-year contract period.
The end of the contract Granted the Right to Produce and Distribute tap water for a period of 25 years and the contract to Purchase Additional tap water from the Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. (TTW's subsidiary), which provides tap water for the Provincial Waterworks Authority in Pathum Thani-Rangsit areas.

The Board of Directors has approved TTW to execute an agreement for the engagement of CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited (“CK”) for Improvement of Water Treatment and Transmission Distribution Systems of Banglen Water Treatment Plant Project, which is a connected transaction with the value under this engagement contract of 330.87 million Baht, exclusive of value added tax, for a total period of 540 days.

TTW refinanced a long-term loan of 2,760 million baht from Thanachart Bank to Krung Thai Bank, repayment period not exceeding 6 years 7 months, 25 installments.
The Board of Directors has approved the change of sub-committee structure from 5 to 4 to make the work of each sub-committee much more compact by combining the Corporate Governance Committee and the Risk Management Committee to the Risk Management and Corporate Governance Committee.
The Company redeemed the debenture of Thai Tap Water Company Limited No.1/2012 (TTW192A) valued at 1,500 million baht.
Ch.Karnchang PLC has exercised the warrants to purchase ordinary shares (CKP-W1) and shareholding in CKP increased to 32.56 percent, resulting in TTW’s shareholding in CKP Decemberreased to 23.43 percent (Dilute Effect).
TTW issued a bill of exchange (B/E) 1,000 million baht of unsecured senior debentures, with no trustees, as an investment to converting warrants into ordinary shares of CKP by private placement offering with a 1.73 percent discounted rate of return, maturity date on Decemberember 24, 2019.
TTW exercised “CKP-W1” for 165,000,000 units, convertible to CKP shares totaling 165,115,500 at 6.00 Baht per share. The total amount is 990,693,000 Baht. Consequently, TTW increased its CKP shareholding to 24.98%.
CKP received the additional shares from the exercise of the warrants to purchase ordinary shares (CKP-W1) amount of 165,115,000 shares that trade on Octoberober 4, 2019, resulting TTW’s stake in CKP 24.98 percent.
TTW issued and offered for sale debentures with a maturity of 7 years 2 months, in the total amount of 1,000 million baht, at the fixed interest rate of 2.41 percent per annum, proceeded of which would be used for repayment of the matured existing debentures.
TTW accepted the construction works from Ch.Karnchang PLC, including; Krathumbaen Water Treatment Plant, Rai Khing Raw Water Pumping Station, Pipe laying of raw water, and the reNovemberation work of a booster station to a water distribution station, including the construction work under the conditions of the government agency license.
TTW purchased 467.50 million shares in CKP according to the rights and the premium of 23,144,123 shares at a par value of 3 Baht per share, totaling 1,471.90 million baht, resulting in the company had a 25.31 percent stake in CKP.
The 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the Company changed its name to "TTW Public Company Limited".
TTW paid CKP’s capital increased (from 100 million shares to 9,200 million shares) in proportion to the shareholder’s equity of 2,730 million baht, totaling 276 million shares or equaled to 30 percent.
TTW purchased ordinary shares of CK Power Company Limited (CKP).
Waterflow Company Limited merged with BJT Water Company Limited to establish Thai Water Operations Company Limited, staked by TTW 68 percent and PTW 32 percent.
TTW has signed an agreement to acquire the right to produce tap water and wastewater treatment in Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate from Bang Pa-in Land Development Company Limited (BLDC) for a period of 30 years (ended on Augustust 6, 2039).
The Company was converted into a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) with the registered capital of 3,990,000,000 Baht, comprising 3,990,000,000 ordinary shares at the par value of 1 Baht per share, TTW has been classified into Energy and Utilities Business in Resource Sectors.
The Company entered into an agreement to purchase ordinary shares of Pathum Thani Water Company Limited (PTW) amount of 10,698,283 shares or 89.15 percent of total paid-up shares.
The Company entered into an agreement to purchase an additional shares of Pathum Thani Water Company Limited amount of 1,061,452 shares or 8.85 percent of total paid-up shares (as of Decemberember 31, 2007, the company has had a total shareholding in PTW of 98 percent, 2 percent is owned by the Provincial Waterworks Authority).
The Company has registered as a public company by the name of "Thai Tap Water Company Limited".
TTW was granted a concession to engage in tap water production business from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for 25 years to produce and distribute tap water for the areas of Nakhon Pathom Province in three districts, i.e., Amphoe Nakhon Chai Si, Amphoe Sam Phran, and Amphoe Phutthamonthon, and Samut Sakhon Province in two districts, i.e., Amphoe Krathum Baen and Amphoe Mueang Samut Sakhon.
Produced tap water for distribution to the Provincial Waterworks Authority before the start of operation.
