Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. (PTW) is TTW’s subsidiary, with an investment portion of 98% of the registered capital or equivalent to 1,200 million Baht. The Company produces and distributes tap water to Provincial Waterworks Authority in Rangsit-Pathumthani areas.

Thai Water Operations Co., Ltd.
Thai Water Operations Co., Ltd. (TWO), TTW’s subsidiary, whereby TTW and PTW holds 68% and 32% of ownership respectively. The Company operates water production management, water distribution and wastewater treatment system businesses.
CK Power PCL (CKP)
In 2011, TTW purchased common stocks of CK Power PCL (CKP), which is a holding company investing in different companies both in Thailand and overseas. The Company is the power producer. Currently, TTW holds 24.98% of CKP’s registered capital of 9,240 million Baht.
The total investment value is equivalent to
5,218.7 million Baht.
