Report on Use of Proceeds from Capital Increase of TTW

29 May 2008 TTW/0212/08 Subject: Report on Use of Proceeds from Capital Increase of Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited. Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the fact that Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered a total of 700 million ordinary shares to the public during the period from 12-13 May 2008, at the price of Baht 4.20 per share, totaling Baht 2,940 million. The net proceeds after deduction of all relevant expenses are Baht 2,874 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from increase capital (after deduction of all relevant expenses) to repay Baht-3,000-million short-term loan obtained from the financial institutions by the Company in relation to its acquisition of ordinary shares in Pathum Thani Water Company Limited. On 20 May 2008, the Company used the proceeds to repay such short-term loan. The remaining short-term loan has already been made by the Company's available cash.
