Water Charge rate for 2009 of PTW will be billed to PWA

TTW/0569/08 2 December 2008 Subject: Water charge rate for 2009 of Pathum Thani Water Company Limited will be billed to Provincial Waterworks Authority Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand References are made to Water Production and Distribution License Agreement and Water Purchase and Sale Agreement between Pathum Thani Water Company Limited ("subsidiary") and Provincial Waterworks Authority ("PWA"). Water charge rate will be adjusted on 1 January each year. The annual water charge rate for 2009 (applicable from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009) will be Baht 11.49 per cubic meter, excluding value added tax.
