Directors replacement

- Translation - No. TTW/0159/09 7 April, 2009 Subject : Notification of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No.3/2552 Attention : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited ("TTW") would like to announce that the Board of Directors had passed a resolution during its meeting No.3/2552 held on 3 April 2009 resolved to appoint directors replacing those who resigned as follow : 1. Mr.Kazushige Katamura replacing Mr.Tomoaki Matsumoto as Board of Directors, member of Executive Committee and Risk Management Committee being effective from 4 April 2009 onwards, and 2. Mr.Koichi Wakana replacing Mr.Yoshio Kometani as Board of Directors, member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee being effective from 1 June 2009 onwards.
