Approved the Q2'2009 and H1'2009 Financial Statement 2. Approved the dividend payment of Baht 438,900,000 or Baht 0.11 per share from Baht-567.4-million-net-profit from the operation under BOI promotional privileges during January to June 2009. The Record Date specifies the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend will on Thursday, 27 August 2009,and the list of shareholders shall be complied pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by closing of the share register book to suspend the share transfer on Friday, 28 August 2009.
