Notification of Interim dividend & appointed director

- Translation - No. TTW/0373/10 2 August 2010 Subject : Notification of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2553 Attention : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited ("TTW") would like to announce that the Board of Directors had passed a resolution during its meeting No.3/2553 held on 30 July 2010 at Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited No. 30/10 Moo 12, Buddha Monthon 5 Road, Raikhing, Sam Pran, Nakhon Pathom, had resolved to approve the following; 1. Approved the interim dividend payment of Baht 598,500,000 or Baht 0.15 per share from net profit from the operation under BOI promotional privileges during January to June 2010. The Record Date specifies the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend will on Monday, 16 August 2010, and the list of shareholders shall be complied pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by closing of the share register book to suspend the share transfer on Tuesday, 17 August 2010. The dividend payment date is set on 27 August 2010. 2. Mr.Tomonori Suzuki replacing Mr. Kazushige Katamura as Board of Directors, member of Executive Committee and Risk Management Committee being effective from 30 July 2010 onwards.
