TTW Public Company Limited (TTW) showcased its Corporate Governance (CG) capabilities by winning the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs award under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard project, sponsored by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The award is given to listed companies in the ASEAN region that achieve a corporate governance score of 97.50 or higher. The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard assessment criteria were developed in line with the international corporate governance principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) to promote and enhance good corporate governance in listed companies. This prestigious award reflects TTW's operational efficiency and commitment to sustainable business practices based on good governance principles and consideration for responsibilities towards all stakeholders. This aim to build long-term investor confidence and aims to elevate corporate governance standards in the ASEAN business sector.
