TTW/0323/08 8 August 2008 Subject: Report on starting to produce and distribute treated water from the new water treatment plant of Pathum Thani Water Company Limited (subsidiary) Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to prospectus of Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited (TTW) in respect of offering of ordinary shares. Pathum Thani Water Company Limited (PTW), a subsidiary of TTW, constructed the new water treatment plant in the same area with the capacity of 100,000 cubic meters per day. On 1 August 2008, the new water treatment plant of PTW started to operate the production and distribution of treated water to Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA). As the result, the Minimum of Off-take Quantities is changed from 260,000 cubic meters per day to 310,000 cubic meters per day starting from first operation date as stipulated in the Water Purchase Agreement no. 7/2549 dated 15 September 2006.
