BoD approve to issue debentures of not more than Bt. 7,500 m

- Translation - No. TTW/0575/08 December 4, 2008 Subject : Notification of the Resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 10/2551 Attention : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify that as the Board of Directors passed a resolution during its meeting held on 22 October 2008 approving the Company's issuance and offering for sale of debt instruments in the form of bills and/or debentures with the following details to be used for repaying the existing long-term loans to the Lenders and/or covering the plant enhancement and capacity increase : 1) If the group of Lenders approves all the Company's requests, the total amount of debt instruments to be issued shall be not more than Baht 1,500 million. 2) If the group of Lenders does not approve all the Company's requests, the total amount of debt instruments to be issued shall be not more than Baht 7,500 million. The group of Lenders approved some of the Company's requests ,therefore, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 10/2551 held on December 3, 2008 at 3.45 p.m. at Meeting Room , Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited , 30/10 Moo 12, Budha Monthon 5 Rd., Rai Khing, Sam Pran, Nakhon Pathom 73210 has resolved the total amount of debt instruments in forms of bills and/or debentures to be issued shall be not more than Baht 7,500 million and propose to shareholders meeting which will be held on December 17, 2008 for approval.
