Water tariff rate for 2010 PTW used for billing to PWA

-Tranlation- TTW/0040/10 20 December 2010 Subject: Water charge rate for 2010 of Pathum Thani Water Company Limited will be billed to Provincial Waterworks Authority Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand References are made to Water Production and Distribution License Agreement and Water Purchase and Sale Agreement between Pathum Thani Water Company Limited ("subsidiary") and Provincial Waterworks Authority ("PWA"). Water charge rate will be adjusted on 1 January each year. The annual water charge rate for 2010 (applicable from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010) will be Baht 10.99 per cubic meter, excluding value added tax. PWA has already reviewed and approved such 2010 water charge rate. Please be informed accordingly.
