The Board of Directors meeting No.1/2011 of Thai Tap Water Supply Public Company Limited ("TTW"), held on 1 February 2011, passed resolutions as follow: 1. Approval of Amendment to Terms and Conditions of Bonds 2. Approval of Arrangement of Bond Holders Meeting No. 1/2011 be held on Monday, 7 March 2011 at 14:00 p.m. at Lotus Room, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, No. 60, New Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey, Bangkok.
